Trifecta Health was built to make the same level of genomic precision and personalized supplementation available to anyone who is serious about their health, at a fraction of the cost, starting from home.

Consumer DNA tests look at a limited set of genetic markers, typically focused on ancestry and a narrow range of health traits. Trifecta Health uses comprehensive genomic sequencing that examines a much fuller picture of your biology, including the specific genetic pathways that govern how your body processes nutrients, responds to exercise, manages inflammation, metabolizes hormones and ages at the cellular level. No. Everything begins at home. Your DNA collection kit arrives by mail and uses a simple saliva swab. No blood draw, no clinic visit, no appointment required to get started. Your 1:1 consultation with a Trifecta Health Coach happens virtually.

Your genomic report identifies which health pillars your genetics have triggered. Each pillar activates a specific set of ingredients selected because a genetic pathway in your DNA calls for them. The doses are calibrated to your profile and every ingredient works alongside the others as a coordinated system. Those ingredients are split into two formulas: an AM blend and a PM blend, timed to how your body actually uses them. Your formula is compounded individually in a licensed facility. No off-the-shelf ingredients. No pre-made blends. No two formulas are alike because no two genetic profiles are alike.

Both supplement plans are built from your DNA and include comprehensive genomic sequencing.. Precision focuses on the core 8 health pillars: diet and heart health, sensitivities, specific nutrient needs, brain health, hormone health, detoxification, physical fitness and metabolic health. Prestige adds a focus on 5 advanced optimization pillars: longevity and anti-aging, beauty and skin health, gut and microbiome support, sexual health and vitality and bone and joint health. Prestige also includes two reformulation consultations versus one for Precision. For those who want everything working at the highest level, Prestige is the optimal system.

Your first month supply of custom-compounded supplements, based on your chosen tier (Precision or Prestige) is included in your Trifecta Health membership package, along with enrollment in a monthly subscription.

Beginning 30 days after your initial order, your credit card will be charged every 30 or 90 days – depending on your selected subscription cadence – for your recurring supplement order.  

Your custom-compounded formula arrives at your door in AM and PM blends every 30 or 90 days depending on your subscription. A 90-day supply saves 15%. Your formula can be updated over time as your health evolves.  

Your formula is a living document. As you age, as your health evolves and as your results come in, your Trifecta Health team can adjust your formula to reflect what your body needs at each stage. This is fundamentally different from any subscription supplement service where the formula never changes.

The Prestige plan includes up to two formula reformulations a year versus one for Precision.  

If required, a reformulation of your custom-compounded supplements can be requested through the membership portal contact form or by emailing concierge@trifecta.health at least 10 business days before your next scheduled subscription payment date. Also, the reformation intake form must be completed at least seven business days before your next scheduled subscription payment date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please submit a written cancellation request through the membership portal contact form or by emailing concierge@trifecta.health at least five business days before your next scheduled payment date.
